Can Olivera is a beautiful, 250 year old finca in quiet position, combining Ibiza’s timeless arquitecture with modern design. The main house of the finca has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, as well as a big living room with open kitchen and a large terrace with sea view. Three of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and their own terrace and entrance. They can be used as independent studios. All the rooms in the main house are equipped with central heating.

On the premises, there are 2 independent 1-room casitas, both equipped with en suite bathrooms, kitchenette, separate entrance and its own terrace. The outdoor area boasts a lush garden with a deep salt water pool and a chillout pavillon, perfect for yoga sessions.

The finca is situated between Eivissa and Santa Eularia, in a perfect position, close to the golf court and only 10 minutes drive from Ibiza town. The beaches Cala Olivera and Sol den Serra with the famous beach restaurant “Amante” are only a view minutes drive away.

Monthly rental fee: € 8.000. The fee includes water, internet, gardener for basic maintenance, pool service. Electricity and gas is charged extra.

The finca is available from November 2020 on. Minimum rental period is 1 year. The owner doesn’t accept touristic subletting.
