An idyllic house set in picture postcard surroundings to the north of the island near St. Miguel. The house is located in the tiny settlement of Isla Blanca, right on the rocky coast, in one of Ibiza's most beautiful landscapes. 1 main bedroom (45m2) with double, colonial-style, canopied bed, very large dressing room with closets, private patio with spectacular sunset views and a huge bathroom with a large shower

2 double bedrooms (25m2 y 21m2). One with 2 beds of 1.90 x 1.05 and another with a double bed of 2x2m. Very spacious bathroom with a large shower shared between the 2 bedrooms, located in the hallway. Both bedrooms have impressive views of the sea from bed and a spacious closet in each room.

Complete living room (55m2) with two 3m sofas, a large central table, TV, DVD, Canal +, sound system. Very spacious.
Huge patio, everything with views of the sea, a 35m2 porch including outdoor dining area for 14 people.

Fully equipped kitchen (14m2) with dishwasher, a large refrigerator, microwave and oven, all made of rustproof steel; also includes silverware for a minimum of 12 guests.

Large swimming pool with "waterfall" on a large patio (610m2) with a porch accompanied by a dining table and 7 hammocks for sunbathing and gardens with spectacular views and a 12-meters high palm tree in the center.

Beaches
There is a small gravel beach close to the house. The sandy beach of Puerto St. Miguel and the beautiful strand at Benirras can be reached in 15 minutes drive.

Terms of Payment
30% down-payment upon reservation (minimum € 2000,-), the remainder 4 weeks before your stay begins.
