The generously proportioned Villa Can Terassita, which boasts 450 m² of living space, is located in Es Cubells to the south of the island. You can see right over to the neighbouring island of Formentera from this house with its view of the sea. The house is on its own 10,000 m² plot with lemon trees, pine trees, cactuses and an 18 m pool. The Cala Jondal and El Torrent beaches are just around the corner. Accommodation

Villa Can Terassita, with its 450 m2 of living space, provides ample accommodation for 6-8 people. The three bedrooms are located in the left-hand tower, each with its own terrace. There is also a separate sleeping area for two people on a mezzanine in the living room.
The interior design at Can Terassita is contemporary, yet cosy. The dining table, made from the cross-section of a tree trunk, is from Burma; the blankets and pillows were made in Marrakesh. In contrast to this: Chairs by Phillippe Starck, a contemporary lighting design by Maurer and grey “Cemento Liso” floors. This combination of Moroccan and Spanish influences is continued in the bathrooms.

50% down-payment upon reservation, the remainder 6 weeks before your stay begins.

June and September: Cleaning 5x3 hours/week
May and October: Cleaning 5x3 hours/week
Bed linen changed once a week.
